You may return items within 30 DAYS of the original purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund, exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be in its original condition: unused or unworn with tags still attached.  It must also be in the original packaging. Shoes must have the box they came in.

Shoe boxes must be put in another bag or box to be shipped back. Do not attach the shipping label to the original shoe box.

Return shipping and handling costs are the customer's responsibility. Any shipping charges on the original purchase will not be refunded. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Food items, intimate or sanitary goods, health & personal care items, gift cards, prom dresses and the sale items noted above cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, had the tags removed or are received by us after the return period will not be accepted. If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact us immediately at We will not accept returns or defective claims on items that have been worn or washed.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to appear in your account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Reward points earned on returned items will be deducted from your rewards account. Once points are used on a purchase, they have been redeemed and cannot be returned to your account.
